Hello Citizens of Funk World!
I hope everybody is having a great week so far! Once again, I’ve been pretty busy with speaking engagements and fairs.
Last week, I spent a day speaking to the students at Fishers Elementary! I gave five presentations to students ranging from kindergarten to fourth grade!
Here I am presenting to the students and here I am with Mrs. Cain, who is proudly representing Funk World!
This was my second year presenting at Fishers Elementary so I changed my presentation up a little bit to keep things fresh. I had a few new references to junk food in my presentation and that got me thinking that my presentation might actually be a little more artificial than fresh. See what I did there?
Ok, bad jokes aside, I had junk food on my mind this weekend not only because of my presentations, but also because I had a table at the Northside Disability Resource Fair from 11-2. You’re never hungrier than when you have to man a table and see people walking around with hot dogs, burgers, and fries. Even though I packed a healthy lunch, I just couldn’t resist, and although I had my sights set on a burger I ended up with a hot dog. What? But you love hamburgers, Jason! Well yes, but the hamburgers were preloaded with condiments and just like our friend Matthew Tobias from Burger Quest, it’s plain hamburgers only for me.
I hope you enjoy today’s comic!
Stay comical!
Jason
